Hebrew is Home.

Hebrew is Home.

Join us on our mission to preserve the Hebrew language, explore its ancient roots, and adapt it to modern culture.

Take part in building a new home for Hebrew – the Minve – as well as the first ever Museum of Hebrew Language.

Our Language. Our Identity. Our Future.

A major, monumental milestone for the Academy is to create a home for Hebrew in the heart of Jerusalem, called the Minve.

This modern, sprawling center will house a National Museum for the Hebrew Language, as well as the organization’s educational initiatives, archives and research projects.

The Museum of the Hebrew Language – the first and only museum of its kind – will present a visual, audio, and experiential picture of Hebrew that is based on scientific research and welcomes visitors from all over the world.

The Academy of the Hebrew Language:

A World Without Hebrew, Is A World Without Us.

Since the creation of the Academy of the Hebrew Language, the organization has been dedicated to multiple endeavors which will be expanded in the Minve:

Preservation and Documentation Research

The Academy is made up of language historians, who study ancient texts to further advance its scholarship.
